Keja aku kat MIMOS: aku kena buat system from scratch (aku tak bleh reveal system apa yang aku buat kat MIMOS, dah sign contract "simpan rahsia"), dari designing database smpai ke siap. so, the whole process of SDLC aku kena lalui. dari Planning phase smpai ke Implementation and Maintaining the system lepas dah deploy ke client. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Systems_Development_Life_Cycle Job aku kat MIMOS mmg job yang aku suka buat n minat: computer programming. aku kena buat system guna ASP.net and C# - aspx. dari database design, down to implementation aku akan involve. Memang aku takdak pengalaman dalam ASP.NET, tapi bila di pikir balik, 3 tahun lepas, PHP pun aku tak tahu, skang ni aku bleh join PHP Open Source Community! aku pernah buat n dapat keja yang aku minat nak buat, time 1st job dulu, tapi di sebabkan perkara2 tertentu, aku resign job aku. macammana yang bleh katakan aku minat dengan job aku? 1) aku tak kisah pegi keja ari sabtu or ahad, datang awal or balik lambat tanpa bayaran extra 2) aku sanggup buat keja aku even tido lambat smpai 1 pagi, bangun kul 6 pagi n smbung buat keja aku balik. lepas aku resign dari 1st job aku, n aku join intel, bulan kedua aku mula cari keja lain. Keja kat intel, budak yang fail Math, Add Math, Sains, Fizik, Kimia, Bahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia pun bleh buat keja kat intel! punya la senang, n tak payah pakai otak langsung! lepas 7 bulan aku dengan intel, aku dapat job offer kat MIMOS. memang job scope yang aku minat : System developement.

Detail: http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ 5th week: aku sambung programming aku 6th week: training rosetta.net (hanya ari isnin) http://www.rosettanet.org/ Rosetta ni adalah standard dalam industri untuk system-system yang berlainan platform "bercakap" dan bertukar2 data antara satu sama lain. --- macam CORBA la kot (ingat kelas Dr. Azween? ) Aku skang ni kena buat Use Case untuk system aku. system yang aku nak kena buat ni agak besar. memerlukan 25-30 orang dalam 1 team. The best thing about working in big system developement company is that each process will be have proper documentation, good database design team, good testing team, good developing team compared to my 1st job. during my first job, there were 1 MD, 1 server guy, 2 developers (including me) and 1 secretary. and this company expect the developers to develop and maintain 4 systems in less than 3 months! and without proper documentation! and we were underpaid! MIMOS will be using CMMI process. detail about CMMI: http://www.sei.cmu.edu/cmmi/ Each and every process ada documentation, ada process yang nak kena folo, ada design yang best. Senang crita, ada proper way to do develope the system. so, 3 jobs with 3 companies within 11 months? not a good thing or a good example, but as a fresh grad, we are all looking whats the best job that suits us. I know I love programming so much, i can do computer programming 30 hours straight non stop with out sleep. Its my passion to do computer programming. 1st job, it was programming! but: underpaid with a lot of job on my shoulder, 2nd job, no programming (budak fail SPM pun bleh buat and ganti keja aku kat intel), 3rd job dengan MIMOS: 6 weeks of fun! and more excitement to come!
