MOTOROLA PENANG WON THE MINISTER OF HUMAN RESOURCES AWARD

I am pleased to announce that Motorola Penang won The Minister of Human Resources Award for Big Employers (Manufacturing) Category. The award & certificate was presented by the Minister of Human Resources, Datuk S. Subramaniam during the National HR Conference by Human Resource Development Council (HRDC)/ Ministry of Human Resource held at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre (SPCC), Petaling Jaya on 13th October 2009.

The Human Resources Development Awards were presented to employers who have made significant contributions and achievements in the field of human resources development.

Awards evaluation were based on performance in the human resources development undertaken by employers throughout the year 2009, especially from the aspects of:

* HRD policy and system

* Continuous training and education for employees

* Training impacts on company's objectives/ goals
